Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to read this site, book a demo and sign up, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Every page has a skip link to its main content, a logical heading order, and landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
  • Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring, and the menu closes with Escape.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; purely decorative pictures and animated product mock-ups are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and its background meet the AA contrast ratio.
  • Animation respects your system’s reduced-motion setting, and the footer’s “Pause animations” control stops moving content on any device. The customer-story carousel has its own pause button and stops when you hover or focus it.
  • The site works at 200% zoom and on small screens without sideways scrolling.

Known limitations

  • The demo booking calendar is provided by Cal.com inside a frame; its accessibility is Cal.com’s. If it is in your way, email us and we will book the time for you.
  • Storefronts that businesses publish with Ollie are designed by those businesses. We build the page components to be accessible, but colour and content choices are theirs.

Tell us

If anything on this site is hard to use, email support@getollieapp.com with the page and what got in the way. A person reads every message and we aim to reply within 5 business days.
